Prior to your treatment date, visit www.carecredit.com and apply for the amount you need. Once approved, you will be given an account number and credit limit. Come to your appointment with this information.
How Do I Apply for CareCredit®?
- 1. Contact Nova Cosmetic Center and determine the amount of credit you will need for your treatments.
- 2. Apply online at www.carecredit.com.
- 3. Click on "Patients/Clients"
- 4. Click on "Apply Online"
- 5. Enter "Nova Cosmetic Center" as the provider
- 6. Complete the application form
- 7. Come to your appointment with your account number and credit limit
- 8. Minimum purchase amounts apply and vary by location

- No interest if the balance is paid within the chosen specified time period

- 24, 36, & 48 month plan options
- For treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000
