MEDICAL SPA DIRECTOR

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Medical Spa, open since 1998, State of the Art, in Orlando, FL. Extremely busy with full service plastic and cosmetic surgery office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ideal Candidate must be able to multi task, have excellent personable skills and be very customer service oriented. Should have HIPPAA compliancy knowledge, human resource experience, marketing expertise and be effective at employee management, budget analysis and monitoring with strong training & sales skills. Candidate will conduct weekly staff meetings, quarterly staff reviews. A proactive individual with a positive attitude that takes initiative!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 yr Spa Management experience
Minimum of 2 yr experience managing a Medical Spa/Clinical Cosmetic Practice
Experience and understanding of the following programs: Excel and Word.
Experience to also include: Documentation/Receivables, HIPAA compliancy, Inventory Control, Employee Policies and Review Program.

Location: Dr. Phillips

Compensation: Salary plus bonus
