Latisse is used once nightly on a clean face with makeup and contact lenses removed before application. No oil should be on the skin surface before use. Dispose of the applicator and use another one for the other eye in the same manner only going across the lid one time. Blot any excess solution on the skin surface. Do not apply on lower lid.
